FW Thorpe is pleased to announce the acquisition of 80% of the share capital of SchahlLED Lighting in Germany. SchahlLED Lighting is a turnkey provider of intelligent LED solutions for the industrial and logistics sectors with more than 50 years of lighting and 20 years of LED experience currently employing 26 people. The company is based in Unterschleißheim near Munich and has sales offices in Cologne and Weyhe close to Bremen. It is active in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. As both manufacturer and full-service provider, SchahlLED plans lighting concepts and supplies intelligent LED lighting systems. With an extensive network of sales and service partners, SchahlLED completes more than one hundred projects annually. SchahlLED and Thorlux have worked together since 2019 distributing SmartScan products primarily into the German market.
